Nonetheless, you won t want a diamond with poor proportions, so if you have any question about the diamond's brilliance and liveliness; if it looks lifeless or dull in spots, you should ask specifically about the proportioning of the cut. Archeological excavations as far inland as Chaco Canyon, land marked by the towering Fajada Butte and its mysterious Sun Dagger rock carvings, have revealed Toltec treasures of ornamental jewelry and sculptures inlaid with Mother of Pearl from as far away as the Pacific Rim. Still to this day the descendants of the Toltecs, the Yaqui Indians of Mexico immortalized in the shamanic tales of Carlos Castaneda, wear a necklace called the Hoporosim.

Cut Quality Diamonds of premium cut proportions are almost as good as ideal. Most people will not be able to distinguish an idea cut from premium. Less diamond material is lost in the process of cutting thus making the diamonds less expansive then ideally cut ones. In short premium cut reflects almost as much light as the ideal-cut, but for a lower price.
Color E color diamonds are virtually colorless. E color grade is very rare. The naked eye will not detect any presence of color. E color grade is indistinguishable from D without instrumentation.
