We accept PayPal as the preferred method of online payment, and all orders purchased in this manner will be shipped immediately upon completion of order. We accept all major credit cards either in person, through PayPal, or over the telephone (verification will be required for cards accepted over telephone). We also accept wire transfers through the bank and offer a 1% discount for wire transfers. Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted and items are shipped after a mandatory holding period. Personal checks are also accepted and items will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank. Customers are responsible for charges incurred for checks returned by the bank for any reason.

We ship to anywhere within the United States and Canada, and to Australia and most countries in Europe. For all purchases $1,000 and over we offer free shipping as a courtesy to our valued customers. We use FedEx 2nd day delivery service for all domestic addresses. All shipments are insured and require signature upon receipt. For your security and to ensure your package arrives to its destination safely shipping can only be made to verifiable street addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes. We also ask that you make yourself available to receive the package. Be sure to take note of any visible damage to the package before accepting. All shipments within New York State require the sales tax of 8.3725% be added to the final price of the item.

We accept direct wire transfer from both domestic and foreign banks. We offer a 1% discount from the final price if you choose wire transfer as your payment method.
Personal checks, money orders, cashier's bank checks are all welcome. The order will get processed after the check clears (5 business days hold).
We gladly accept cash (US dollars) in our Manhattan store in New York Diamond District.
We offer a 6 months lay-a-way plan with 20% down and flexible monthly payments. We ship your item immediately after all payments are finalized. Our lay-a-way conditions are flexible - we will always try to accommodate your specific needs.

Normally we have most items on our website in stock and we ship them the same day we receive the payment. If you ordered an item that is not currently in stock, or if you requested resizing or other modification to your item, we would let you know an expected order completion date ahead of time.

We ship our jewelry via UPS Second Day Delivery, FedEx and USPS. For overnight shipments please add $20 to your order.
International shipments carry a flat rate of $75 to cover premium shipping insurance. Additional postal carrier fee applies that varies from country to country and carrier to carrier. Please contact us for a quote. In some countries customs fees may apply.

All our shipments are fully insured. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders over $300, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with shipping service providers.
